My mom got this for me last Christmas at Walmart for $10 Canadian dollars. I have been looking for a good drugstore liquid eyeliner with a matte finish in 2022. The other liquid eyeliner that I have been using in 2022 is very watery and not matte black this is the liquid eyeliner of 2023. It comes in a ink well, you must shake this, it's matte black, it has a brush tip, great for drawing on the face I must practice my top eyeliner, it's waterproof. When drawing your eyeliner on the top lash line think of drawing a straight line on paper. I love this eyeliner I hope Covergirl doesn't discontinue it.
